A:30 days warranty after product official dispatching time of Alibaba. Any quality issue within the products, except transportation damage or artificial damage, will be compensated by us. Please note, we will replace the defective products if there are any with new ones via your next orders only.
Q:Is it possible you can lower the price if I have big quantity?

Q:Can you do OEM/private label for us?
A:Yes. OEM/private label is welcome. But please note we will provide private label service only if the first order is higher than 5000 pcs/sku.
Q:How long we can receive the goods after I paid the order?
A: We will dispatch your order within 15 working days after payment received, OEM/private label depends on a case by case basis.
